If you are using the Technology Intelligence Platform version of IT Visibility’s export, information in this section is not applicable to you. Instead, see IT Visibility Data Export Using Technology Intelligence Platform. To check whether you are using Technology Intelligence Platform or Pre-Technology Intelligence Platform version, go to the Data Export page ( IT Visibility > Data Exports ). If you see two buttons for exporting—a Create Export button and a Create Export (Beta) button—you are using a Pre-Technology Intelligence Platform version (export version 1 or version 2). If you only see the Create Export button, you are either on the Technology Intelligence Platform version or export version 3. Column Position	Column Name	Type	Column Description
1	EvidenceManufacturer	String	The inventoried manufacturer name.
2	EvidenceName	String	The inventoried software title name.
3	EvidenceVersion	String	The inventoried software version.
4	RecognitionStatus	String	Provides information of what Technopedia model "level" normalization, has been able to identify the item. Status of recognition as of inventory processing can lag behind Technopedia recognition status. Status can be: Active, Unrecognized, Ignored, Irrelevant.
5	Reported	String	The reported number of distinct times this evidence has been inventoried with this Recognition Status.
6	DatasourceID	String	The data source ID that uniquely identifies the software's data source within the organization.
7	EvidenceHash	String	The internal pseudo-identifier for distinct evidence.
8	IrrelevantReason	String	The reason why evidence is considered as irrelevant.
9	TechnopediaGUID	UUID	The normalized Technopedia catalog ID.
10	TechnopediaGUIDType	String	The level/type the Technopedia ID is related to. This is primarily directed to the Type field except in the case of "owner" where it is directed to "manufacturer".
11	OrgID	String	The unique identifier for the organization.
