Subscribing to a Technology Intelligence Platform Report

If you have already been upgraded to Technology Intelligence Platform, information in this section is applicable to you. With Technology Intelligence Platform, out-of-the-box IT Visibility dashboards are being replaced with new, enhanced IT Visibility Technology Intelligence Platform reports.

If you have the View IT Visibility role, you can create a private subscription for yourself to receive the report via email at a set frequency. For information, see Creating a Private Report Subscription.

If you have the Manage organization role, you can also create a shared subscription, enabling other users to receive the report via email at a set frequency, in addition to creating your own private subscription. For information, see Creating a Shared Report Subscription.
